Francine did an outstanding job, her expertise was instrumental with the selling of our home. What started out as a cash offer ended up being a contingent offer from the buyers with a lot of complications and expense along the way. Francine didn’t let those complications get in the way of our closing and persevered and held them accountable for their lack of urgency and professionalism. We couldn’t have found a better agent, Francine went above and beyond in so many ways.

Francine Carstensen was phenomenal to work with! We were 8 hours away and looking for the perfect beach home for our family, we told her what we wanted and she immediately searched and found several properties for us to look at. She even offered to pick us up from the airport!! She helped us find the perfect place to stay while we were looking in Gulf Shores and picked us up and took us to each home. Even though we were super indecisive she was patient and walked us through all the pros and cons of each one. She was very honest with everything about each home and helped us settle on the perfect place that we fell in love with. I recommend Francine to anyone looking in the area she sells in!!! The experience was great. She was always cheerful and optimistic when discussing the sale. The sale was through probate and she knew everything required and understood the timeline. Her estimates for value and expected date of sale were accurate from the initial consult.
