We trusted Francine completely to know how to handle our property sale. it was a challenging situation we found ourselves in- the timing for the sale was unexpected, but Francine knew what to do and how to market our property. she used the tools available to her-by showing the empty rooms online with furniture in them, open houses, networking with other realtors, staging to name a few. Once we had a buyer she was a pro at negotiating a deal and brought us to closing in a timely manner.

Francine did an outstanding job, her expertise was instrumental with the selling of our home. What started out as a cash offer ended up being a contingent offer from the buyers with a lot of complications and expense along the way. Francine didn’t let those complications get in the way of our closing and persevered and held them accountable for their lack of urgency and professionalism. We couldn’t have found a better agent, Francine went above and beyond in so many ways.

We recently purchased a new construction home in Foley, Alabama. We were grateful to work with Francine throughout the process. She helped us understand what to expect with new construction, explained the builder contract, and stayed on top of details from start to finish. Francine came highly recommended by our former realtor in Ohio. Francine always answered my calls, so she was easy to communicate with and she was knowledgeable and patient with our many questions. She helped coordinate inspections, answered questions during the build, and made sure we felt informed at every step leading up to closing. We recommend Francine if you want a realtor who will give you a smooth transaction! "

Not an easy Easement . We could not be happier with Francine and her resolution of a sticky easement issue that resulted in the sale of our property!Right after her initial contact with us I checked her reviews and was very impressed.
